1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to buying subscriptions for DODADog services and govern your use of this website. Please read them carefully as your continued use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 This website is operated by MindSizzlers LLP, a partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC345177 and having its registered office at Suite 404, 324 - 326 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH, UK.
1.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on our website.
2. Purchasing services from DODADog
2.1 You must be over 18 to purchase services from DODADog.
2.2 You can purchase subscriptions from DODADog by completing and submitting the online purchasing form and paying the credit fee. Your application for a subscription will be subject to acceptance by us.
2.3 After your application has been accepted you have the right to cancel unused subscriptions for a full refund within 10 working days, starting from the day after the day on which your application is accepted. To cancel credits, please email us at customerservice [at] mindsizzlers.com. This cancellation right does not affect your statutory rights.
2.4 We can terminate your subscriptions immediately at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination in these circumstances no refund of subscription fees will be given.
3. Access to the website
3.1 In the course of purchasing subscriptions from DODADog you will be asked to choose a username and a password.
3.2 You are entitled to use and access DODADog services in accordance with these terms and conditions from the time your username and password is confirmed until your subscription has ended or is otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.3 Your right to use and access DODADog services is personal to you, you must not allow any other person to gain access to MindSizzler services using your username and password. You must keep your username and password confidential.
3.4 We reserve the right to update, suspend, vary, withdraw or reintroduce DODADog services or any part of it as we believe most appropriate for us and our clients. There may be times when DODADog services are unavailable due to necessary maintenance or technical problems beyond our control. In the event of a significant period of unavailability we may, at our discretion, extend subscriptions by a commensurate period of time.
4. Your personal information
4.1 We will collect personal information in connection with the service we provide. Our privacy policy has details on what information we collect, what we do with that information, and other related matters such as cookies. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.
4.2 We do not store any financial data with regard to credit card payments. Once the transaction has been completed, we discard personal financial information.
