They won't even let dogs ON LEADS in parks? Bet the people that made that rule have never owned a dog. MEAN. I'm lucky enough to live in the country but I know enough people that live in cities to know that parks are the only place their dogs can have a good run around on grass... in space... in safety.

And responsible dog owners always clean up the poo. It's a small price to pay for a happy doggie.
