Micro-chipping is, I think we all agree, a good thing. If you loose your dog or a dog is stolen and there is a contest of ownership etc., etc., etc. 3rd party insurance as law? Well we all know it's a great idea, but what about the 72 year old lady who's dog is her only friend and she can barely afford to pay her bill's on the pitiful state pension she has been given! I don't know the answer but feel that more interference and state control over your lives is not something you should invite. What do you think??? I'd love to hear some comments. One thing for sure is we don't want this on our streets... Don't watch this if you are easily upset!
