I have just read about the Russian scuba diver who takes his dog with him

Many dog owners like to take their dogs with them everywhere But this mad Russian has taken the concept a whole lot further. Sergey Gorbunov, a professional scuba diver from Russia. Sergeys Dachshund, named Boniface, goes scuba diving with his owner and even has his own specially made "doggie dry suit" and full helmet to wear while he is under the water. Sergey is adamant that the dog is happy, and hates it when he goes off diving alone. He has been quoted as saying that his dog was nervous the first time he tried scuba diving, and didnt seem to like his dog dry suit or his helmet. However, as the dog began to descend into the pool where he practiced, he began to enjoy it. Now Boniface goes scuba diving regularly! What do you think? I feel that a dog has no place under the water and that this borders on cruel...what do you think? Would you do this with your dog? leave your thoughts and comments here at dodadog This is an ITN film about it This is a not going scuba diving Newshound signing off WOOF IN DOG WE TRUST There are no replies yet, why not be the first? |
